Crafted from heavyweight 340 GSM denim (10–13 oz) and fully lined with 250 GSM cotton denim, the Parral Jacket is built around process, texture, and precision. Beneath its rugged exterior lies a carefully engineered construction that transforms two fabrics into a single visual language.
The jacket begins with indigo denim layered over an off-white cotton base. Both fabrics are stitched together in a symmetrical grid, creating a structured framework across the entire garment. Each section is then individually cut and hand-abraded, allowing the lighter layer beneath to emerge through the surface. The resulting texture reveals a network of exposed threads, subtle contrasts, and raw edges that give the piece its distinctive character.
Requiring approximately eight hours to complete, the process is intentionally labor-intensive. Every frayed line, exposed fiber, and irregular detail is the product of controlled craftsmanship rather than artificial distressing.
The deep raw-indigo body is balanced by clean collars and refined cuffs, creating a deliberate tension between order and disruption. A concealed front closure preserves the uninterrupted geometry of the design, while the exposed hem reinforces the garment’s unfinished, architectural appeal.
Inspired by scaffolding, urban grids, and the beauty of structures revealed beneath their surface, the Parral Jacket explores what happens when construction itself becomes decoration.
It is created for those who appreciate the beauty of construction, who notice the details others overlook, and who understand that true luxury lies in process rather than excess. For the wearer who values individuality, craftsmanship, and quiet distinction.
