About The Process

FARDA is a made-to-order brand. We work with a lot of hand made garments, applying techniques like bleach, patchwork, cut and sew across our signature line.

Our products therefore come out unique. As such there will always be variations from what you see, to what you receive as these are not made on a machine but being improved upon manually one piece at a time.

While we do our best to provide you what you want, we also request you to understand why this product is different from what you are used to and join us in our effort to build a sustainable future together.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted if you receive a damaged product or products with major issues in basic making processes like stitching work.

Returns are not accepted for -

  • Customized Orders
  • Tailored Fit Orders
  • Slight Color Variations for dyed pieces
  • Slight Design Variations for handmade products
  • Sizing Issue

EXCHANGE

Exchange is applicable for -

 

  • Sizing issue
  • You received a product you did not like

Customers will have to bear shipping charges for both dispatch and pickup for exchange process.

In case the sizing issue is from our end, we arrange both pickup and delivery. This is verified upon receiving the garment back and any dispatch shipping amounts are refunded as gift cards/store credits to customers.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable when -

  • You received a damaged product
  • A product has gone out of stock and your order was cancelled
  • COD Order cancellations done within 30 minutes of placing your order online

You can opt for either receiving the full refund in your original mode of payment or as a gift card/store credits which you can use for a future purchase with FARDA. store credits have no expiration.
